Another design from our Spitalfields collection, this time by Joseph Dandridge, a natural history illustrator and silk designer who worked for the Huguenot weavers in Spitalfields, East London. We named it after Nicholas Hawksmoor, the architect responsible for the magnificent Christ Church, Spitalfields.
